Who we are

REALWINNERS DIGITAL ("we", "us") is a digital studio based in Nairobi, Kenya. This policy explains how we collect and use personal data when you use realwinners.co.ke or contact us, in line with the Kenya Data Protection Act, 2019.

What we collect

• Details you send us through the contact form, email, WhatsApp or booking tools: your name, email, phone number, company and project information.
• Messages you send to the website chat assistant.
• Basic technical data such as browser type, device and pages visited, collected through analytics.

How we use it

• To respond to your enquiry and prepare proposals.
• To deliver and manage projects you engage us for.
• To improve our website and services.

We do not sell your personal data, and we don't use it for unrelated marketing without your consent.

Third-party services

We use trusted providers to run this website, including hosting (Vercel), email delivery (Resend), scheduling (Calendly), spam protection (Cloudflare Turnstile) and an AI model provider (OpenRouter) for the chat assistant. These providers process data on our behalf and may store it outside Kenya under appropriate safeguards.

How long we keep it

Enquiry data is kept for up to 24 months unless you become a client, in which case we keep project records for as long as needed for legal, tax and contractual purposes.

Your rights

Under the Data Protection Act you can ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, object to its processing, or withdraw consent. You may also lodge a complaint with the Office of the Data Protection Commissioner (ODPC).
