Terms of Service

Overview

These terms apply to projects and services provided by REALWINNERS DIGITAL. Each project is also covered by a written proposal or agreement that sets out its specific scope, timeline and price. If the two differ, the signed agreement applies.

Scope

Packages include only what is listed on our website or in your proposal. Additional pages, features or content are quoted separately before any work begins.

Payment

• Build & Grow: 50% deposit · 30% on design approval · 20% at launch.
• Manage & Partner: Billed monthly in advance · 3-month minimum.

Work begins once the deposit or first monthly payment is received.

Timelines

Timelines start once we have your content, brand assets, access and the deposit. Delays on approvals move the launch date.

Revisions

Revision rounds are listed per package. A round is one consolidated list of changes.

Additional revision rounds are billed separately.

Your responsibilities

• Logo and brand assets
• Business and service information
• Photos or video (or we can arrange a shoot)
• Timely approvals
• Domain and hosting access

Third-party costs

The following are not included unless stated in your proposal:

• Domain & hosting fees
• Premium plugin or software licences
• Stock or professional photography
• Paid advertising budget
• Copywriting beyond package scope
• E-commerce product uploads at scale
• M-Pesa transaction charges
• Custom software development

Ownership

Once all payments are made, you own the final website, its content and design. We may show the work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to in writing.

Retainers

Manage and Partner plans have a three-month minimum term and continue month to month after that. Either party may cancel with 30 days' written notice after the minimum term.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Kenya.
