Students constantly need small things fetched (lunch, printing, groceries, laundry) and plenty of other students would happily earn from running them. Without trust, though, nobody hands money or food to a stranger. The product had to make every hand-off safe and every payment traceable.
How we approached it.
- 01
One account, three roles
The same person can request errands, run them for a bounty, or manage a campus kiosk, switching modes from the top bar.
- 02
Trust built into every step
Security deposits, ID verification, trust scores and pickup and drop-off codes make each delivery accountable, with disputes and an SOS button when something goes wrong.
- 03
Built for the phone in your hand
A glassy, thumb-friendly interface that installs as an app, with live order tracking, chat with the runner, and M-Pesa for deposits and Connects.
